🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and audit daily e-commerce platform operations across multiple domestic and international online channels fluidly.
- Direct complete product catalog listings, metadata updates, visual media uploads, and digital inventory synchronizations systematically.
- Process customer orders, prepare B2C transactional invoices, and coordinate daily shipment dispatches with third-party logistics.
- Monitor stock levels continuously in deep coordination with localized warehouse teams to prevent channel stockouts.
- Provide high-tier, professional customer support through email networks, official WhatsApp, and integrated chat channels.
- Optimize marketplace presence and monitor merchant health metrics on Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and WooCommerce portals.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, digital sales events, and platform discount rollouts with the marketing division.
- Track daily sales velocity performance indicators and assemble analytical operational reports for administrative review.
- Update website content elements continually to ensure absolute product data and pricing accuracy.
- Monitor integrated digital payment gateways to ensure smooth transaction settlement and fraud prevention loops.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of verified, hands-on experience driving e-commerce operations or digital retail pipelines is required.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency managing seller panels on Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and Noon systems.
- Advanced knowledge operating Microsoft Excel tools for massive catalog data manipulation, indexing, and stock sheets.
- Excellent multi-stakeholder coordination capabilities and sharp interpersonal communication skills.
