A growing retail and online trading business based in Dubai, UAE, dedicated to expanding its digital footprint and driving online commercial operations across GCC markets.
Job Description:
The E-Commerce Team Leader will oversee daily online sales operations, direct team performance, and optimize digital channel performance across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and Noon.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the daily activities of the e-commerce team.
- Monitor team performance and ensure sales and KPI targets are achieved.
- Manage online sales channels and e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Monitor customer inquiries, orders, and sales performance.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Support initiatives to improve online sales and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with marketing, content, operations, and other departments.
- Identify new products, market opportunities, and sales strategies.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members.
- Ensure daily tasks and targets are completed on schedule.
🔹 Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or a related role.
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopify, Instagram, Amazon, and Noon.
- Strong understanding of online sales and social media commerce.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Chinese or Arabic speaking is an advantage.
- Experience in the UAE/GCC market is a plus.
