Current Openings:
- Head of Business Operations: Strategic management of school facilities, finance coordination, and operational efficiency.
- Admissions Manager: Leading the student recruitment cycle, parent relations, and enrollment growth strategies.
- School Receptionist: First point of contact for parents and visitors, managing front-desk communications and office support.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Operations: (Head of Biz Ops) Oversee the school’s non-academic functions, ensuring high standards of safety, resource management, and governance.
- Enrollment Management: (Admissions) Manage the end-to-end admissions process, from initial inquiry and school tours to final registration and onboarding.
- Community Liaison: Act as a professional bridge between the school administration, parents, and the wider Dubai community.
- Customer Excellence: (Receptionist) Provide warm, professional assistance to all stakeholders, managing calls, emails, and visitor protocols with efficiency.
- Process Innovation: Implement purposeful practices to streamline school administration and enhance the experience for students and staff.
- Compliance: Ensure all administrative activities align with UAE educational regulations and school-specific core values.
