Job Description:
The Electrical Engineer will manage electrical project estimation, tender preparation, and on-site MEP execution. Operating across our luxury residential sites in Dubai, this DEWA-approved professional will prepare detailed BOQs, supervise site installations and inspections, verify compliance with local electrical authority standards, and coordinate seamlessly with consultants and contractors.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation for electrical projects.
- Ensure all electrical designs and installations comply with DEWA requirements and UAE regulations.
- Supervise site execution, electrical installations, inspections, and testing activities.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Monitor project quality, safety standards, and timely completion of assigned work.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of hands-on UAE experience working on high-end residential villas and mansion projects.
- Proven expertise in electrical tendering, BOQ estimation, and direct site execution.
- Mandatory DEWA Approved certification.
- In-depth knowledge of DEWA regulations, testing, commissioning, and UAE electrical standards.
- Holding a valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Candidates available to join immediately will be given strong preference.
- Additional experience overseeing plumbing or general MEP works is a distinct advantage.
