Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Electrical Site Engineer to supervise day-to-day power network installations and structural electromechanical fit-outs. This position focuses on driving building safety compliance, resolving system grid discrepancies, and guiding construction crews to fulfill high-impact engineering designs under tight commercial project timelines.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and manage daily electrical site layout operations, power cabling, and MEP component installations.
• Coordinate consistently with internal project teams, site supervisors, and contractors to maintain fluid structural workflows.
• Monitor project execution progress and ensure complete compliance with local utility regulations and technical standards.
• Handle rigorous building site inspections, run hardware testing protocols, and provide technical troubleshooting support.
• Enforce field safety requirements and ensure the timely completion of assigned electromechanical project milestones.

🔹 Requirements:

• 2–3 years of professional experience managing active field installations inside electrical or integrated MEP building projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree or formal Diploma from an accredited engineering, power mechanics, or related technical education stream.
• Must possess a valid UAE driving license with strong local field supervision, cable scheduling, and structural inspection skills.
• Familiarity with digital design layout software, power calculation databases, and enterprise Information Technology systems.
