🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Advise prospective students on professional training courses, certifications, and academic learning pathways.
• Conduct comprehensive student consultations to assess educational backgrounds and recommend suitable programs.
• Build and nurture positive long-term relationships with prospective and enrolled students.
• Guide applicants through the complete enrollment, registration, fee structure, and admissions process.
• Maintain detailed student profiles, consultation logs, and enrollment records within the institute CRM system.
• Promote specialized training solutions and actively support growth initiatives to achieve monthly enrollment targets.
• Deliver high-quality consultative customer service to ensure superior candidate conversion and satisfaction.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of UAE experience in student enrollment, course sales, or academic counseling.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding student enrollment and sales targets.
• In-depth understanding of student counseling techniques, consultative sales, and educational programs.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
