Job Description:
We are currently hiring an experienced and detail-oriented ERPNext Accountant to join our growing team in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage financial transactions for management and industrial closing review. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations using the ERPNext software, ensuring compliance with UAE VAT laws, and preparing essential financial reports. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Construction and Contracting Accounting and a proactive approach to maintaining data accuracy. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using ERPNext to meet management and project targets.
- Record financial transactions accurately in Dubai and Ajman, ensuring 100% data integrity in the ledger and VAT compliance records.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to support audit processes and accurate financial reporting.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions while assisting in month-end closing activities and report preparation.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and ERPNext software to maintain organized financial data and documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience with ERPNext (Mandatory) within the UAE construction or contracting sector.
- Strong background in management of financial transactions, VAT regulations, and month-end closing procedures.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE accounting practices and industrial financial reporting.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong analytical skills, and high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage deadlines independently in Dubai or Ajman.
