We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our core commercial estimations division and are seeking an experienced, operationally authoritative Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to govern project valuation pipelines and direct cost planning pathways in Abu Dhabi. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare highly accurate, comprehensive cost estimates and detailed budget baselines for upcoming construction projects.
• Perform thorough, exact structural quantity take-offs and compile clear, standardized Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Develop complex cost plans and structure highly competitive, strategically balanced tender pricing spreadsheets.
• Review project architectural drawings, structural layouts, and rigorous technical material specifications for variance diagnosis.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal site engineering teams and procurement branches to ensure timely, high-performance tender submissions.
• Perform analytical rate breakdowns, analyze material pricing loops, and execute value engineering options.
• Review subcontractor commercial quotations, performing comparative price evaluation matrices to optimize resource balancing.
• Maintain meticulously organized digital cost logs and update historical pricing libraries to protect corporate bidding metrics.

🔹 Requirements:

• High-level engineering and surveying literacy from an accredited academic institution, backed by an advanced technical understanding of local structural specifications and commercial contract parameters.
• A minimum of 3 or more years of verified, high-performance professional history working as a construction Estimator or Quantity Surveyor within the UAE, showing immediate baseline readiness for on-site operations in Abu Dhabi. Extensive, active hands-on proficiency using the CCS (Candy System) estimation software platform is strictly required.
• Advanced technical workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities generating multi-sheet financial valuation models, formatting budget curves, and filtering item databases inside Microsoft Excel.
• Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
  • Construction costing and cost estimation principles, material rate build-ups, operational waste modeling, and overhead tracking logic.
  • Quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation methods, measurement standards (POMI or SMM7), and structural calculation loops.
  • Tendering procedures and complex project cost planning tracks, post-tender clarifications, and contract boundary management.
  • CCS Candy platform configuration, computerized resource scheduling models, database imports, and report generation workflows.
  • Subcontractor market analysis, commercial valuation models, materials risk management, and administrative archiving controls.
• Outstanding written and verbal business communication talents, sharp analytical troubleshooting habits under demanding tender deadlines, strict mathematical attention to detail, and a highly professional, numbers-driven attitude.
