🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Estimation: Develop comprehensive and accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out and construction projects.
  • Tender Preparation: Manage the full tender lifecycle, including reviewing specifications and preparing competitive bid documents.
  • Material Take-offs: Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and ID drawings to ensure precise resource allocation.
  • BOQ Management: Prepare and analyze Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and handle variations throughout the project duration.
  • Negotiation: Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms.
  • Drawing Analysis: Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints, technical specifications, and interior design layouts.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role specifically within the UAE construction or interior fit-out sector.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in cost management software and advanced MS Excel for data analysis.
  • Analytical Ability: Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy in cost reporting.
  • Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate commercial risks to stakeholders.
  • Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
