Job Description:

We are seeking an intellectually agile, highly analytical, and elite-level Executive Assistant & Strategic Analyst to manage daily boardroom operations, cross-border investor communication pipelines, and macroeconomic remediation tracking tracks for the Chairman’s Office in DIFC. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate high-level board meetings, institutional investor discussions, and private equity engagement forums seamlessly.
  • Communicate with total professional poise, diplomacy, and absolute clarity with UHNW clients, family offices, and institutional partners.
  • Prepare comprehensive executive briefings, advanced pitch decks, strategic corporate summaries, and confidential meeting materials.
  • Govern highly sensitive business records, secure signature pipelines, and corporate information with complete discretion.
  • Conduct exhaustive market research, sector-specific competitive analysis, and data mapping to support ongoing investment strategies.
  • Review, analyze, and synthesize detailed corporate financial reports, investment summaries, and performance evaluation matrices.
  • Coordinate information flow between cross-functional business heads, external asset managers, and legal regulatory authorities.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of deep professional experience operating within Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Investor Relations, or Financial Analyst tracks.
  • Proven professional background within private equity, tier-one investment management, family offices, or premium financial services structures is required.
  • Advanced structural understanding of global capital markets, alternative asset classes, complex financial modeling, and corporate statements.
  • Superb interpersonal stakeholder management traits, emotional intelligence, and highly advanced corporate communication skills.
