Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptionally technical, precise, and safety strategy-driven Facilities Supervisor to manage daily mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) pipelines, advanced plant maintenance workflows, and corrective engineering remediation tracking tracks at our corporate facility operations in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and civil activities on-site, ensuring the accurate, timely completion of preventative and corrective work orders.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor multi-disciplinary technical teams, on-site sub-contractors, and external specialist maintenance specialists.
  • Inspect completed maintenance, HVAC installation, civil modifications, and electrical repair work to ensure rigid alignment with quality metrics and structural codes.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with project engineers, corporate property managers, and internal business departments to eliminate operational downtime.
  • Enforce absolute compliance with international occupational health and safety standards, company HSE policies, and local civil defense regulations.
  • Troubleshoot complex electromechanical system faults and structural utility deficiencies efficiently under tight operational deadlines.
  • Prepare comprehensive engineering reports covering reactive maintenance histories, asset performance telemetry, and resource allocation schedules for management review.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) from an accredited academic institution is strictly mandatory.
  • Minimum of 4 years of continuous, verified professional experience within facilities management or engineering supervisor seats inside the UAE is required.
  • Deep structural understanding of building services, modern HVAC configurations, low voltage (LV) panels, fire fighting systems, and plumbing infrastructure.
  • Proven practical experience managing third-party vendors, specialized maintenance contractors, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) verification routines.
  • Strong leadership, analytical diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities to guide technical crews independently through emergency plant failures.
  • Advanced software capability utilizing modern Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Building Management Systems (BMS), and standard Microsoft Office office suites.
  • Exceptional coordination and presentation capabilities paired with professional verbal and written communication command over the English language to sync with executive steering boards.
  • Practical background in basic education regarding system efficiency math variables, energy conservation diagnostics, and infrastructure project lifecycle workflow management methodologies.
