Job Description:

The Fashion Retail Sales Associate (Russian Speakers) will deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience, assist high-net-worth clients, and drive store turnover. Based in our luxury retail stores in Dubai, this style-conscious associate will build client relationships, provide personalized fashion consultations, maintain visual merchandising standards, manage inventory replenishment, and meet store sales targets.

🔹 Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, or a related field.
• Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory; Arabic language proficiency is a distinct advantage.
• Previous client-facing experience in luxury fashion retail, high-end boutique sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to meet performance targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and personal styling skills.
• Genuine passion for fashion, luxury retail trends, and clienteling.
• Flexibility to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
