Job Description:
The Fashion Retail Sales Associate (Russian Speakers) will deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience, assist high-net-worth clients, and drive store turnover. Based in our luxury retail stores in Dubai, this style-conscious associate will build client relationships, provide personalized fashion consultations, maintain visual merchandising standards, manage inventory replenishment, and meet store sales targets.

- Welcome customers and provide a premium shopping experience.
- Assist clients with product selection and personalized styling recommendations.
- Achieve individual and overall store sales targets.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising displays and store presentation.
- Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Support daily store operations, stock replenishment, and inventory management.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout every stage of the shopping journey.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, or a related field.
- Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory; Arabic language proficiency is a distinct advantage.
- Previous client-facing experience in luxury fashion retail, high-end boutique sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to meet performance targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and personal styling skills.
- Genuine passion for fashion, luxury retail trends, and clienteling.
- Flexibility to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
