Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Assistance: Provide expert support to dermatologists and aesthetic doctors during surgical and non-surgical procedures.
- Pre & Post-Op Care: Guide patients through the treatment process, ensuring they are prepared pre-procedure and well-informed regarding aftercare protocols.
- Sterilization & Setup: Maintain sterile treatment rooms and prepare specialized equipment and products according to clinic and DHA protocols.
- Documentation: Accurately maintain patient electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring every step of the clinical journey is documented.
- Hygiene Standards: Enforce rigorous infection control measures and clinical cleanliness to ensure a safe environment for all clients.
- Patient Experience: Foster a welcoming, professional atmosphere, addressing patient concerns with empathy and medical expertise.
🔹 Requirements:
- Licensing: Valid DHA Registered Nurse License is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in the UAE is preferred; however, motivated freshers with a valid DHA license are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Gender Preference: Due to the nature of the clinic’s client demographic and procedures, this role is for a Female candidate.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, professional appearance, and a genuine interest in dermatology and aesthetics.
