Job Description:
Skyline Builders Real Estate LLC is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Executive to oversee its financial operations in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this real estate finance professional will manage day-to-day accounting activities, oversee RERA compliance and project accounting, liaise with external auditors, handle customer receivables, and maintain accurate financial reporting in accordance with UAE regulations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily finance and accounting operations independently.
- Handle RERA-related accounting activities, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants while ensuring audit recommendations are implemented on time.
- Oversee project accounting, project completion procedures, and the closing of financial books.
- Review accounting records, financial transactions, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
- Manage customer accounts, receivables, and account reconciliation processes.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in line with applicable financial regulations.
- Process and monitor financial transactions efficiently while meeting reporting deadlines.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Postgraduate Degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or related finance discipline.
- 4–7 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, with mandatory UAE work experience.
- Proven knowledge of real estate accounting procedures, project completion accounting, and RERA compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience in managing customer receivables, account reconciliations, and audit coordination.
- Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to work independently.
