Job Description:

An opening is available for a strategic and analytical Finance & Accounts Manager to lead the financial operations team. The position oversees multi-outlet cost controls, budgeting, cash flows, and corporate accountant jobs workflows to drive fiscal compliance and operational excellence in Dubai, UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations across multiple outlets.
• Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.
• Monitor budgeting, cash flow management, and expense tracking.
• Ensure proper implementation of financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Handle monthly closing activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with management regarding financial planning and reporting requirements.
• Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with company financial policies.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for operational improvements.

🔹 Requirements:

• Mandatory professional finance experience within the United Arab Emirates.
• Prior experience operating inside the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is highly preferred.
• Strong professional background in financial reporting, accounting operations, and financial control.
• Excellent analytical, data monitoring, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple retail outlets effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related commercial education program.
