Job Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical, strategically minded Finance & Accounts Specialist to govern multi-company capital workflows and direct comprehensive budgetary planning for our core operational entities in Dubai. Operating as an essential fiscal controller within a dynamic business environment, this full-time role focuses on accelerating cash flow velocities, building quantitative forecasting sheets, and delivering actionable financial intelligence under our unified corporate management architecture.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, monitor, and manage daily cash flow cycles and liquidity allocations across a diverse group of companies to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Govern end-to-end credit control processes, tracking aging receivables and executing professional payment collections from high-value corporate clients and vendors.
- Monitor operational expenses systematically, evaluate departmental budget variations, and implement rigorous administrative financial controls.
- Analyze complex financial performance data and convert raw ledgers into clear, meaningful qualitative insights to guide executive-level decision-making.
- Maintain strong internal audit control frameworks and ensure total organizational compliance with UAE financial regulations and statutory banking protocols.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Corporate Accounting, Economics, or an equivalent quantitative commercial discipline; professional accounting designations (such as ACCA, CMA, or CPA) are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful, verified professional experience managing advanced corporate finance, bookkeeping, or general accounting operations within the UAE.
- Deep structural understanding of UAE banking systems, central bank compliance rules, corporate tax landscapes, and local commercial regulations.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical expertise in financial modeling, balance sheet forecasting, and database analysis.
- Expert-level proficiency deploying advanced formulas, lookup functions, asset tracking logs, and analytical summary tables inside Microsoft Excel.
- High level of numerical accuracy, sharp logical reasoning habits, and exceptional problem-solving abilities within structured corporate environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills in English to deliver complex financial reports smoothly to senior leadership teams.
