Job Description:

The Finance & Compliance Manager will lead corporate accounting, direct regulatory compliance, and deliver top-tier client advisory solutions. Reporting directly to the Founder & Managing Director, this professional will coordinate multi-faceted client engagements, oversee local tax structures, and monitor corporate compliance programs to manage risk and promote sustainable business growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee bookkeeping, financial reporting, audit schedules, and the preparation of IFRS-compliant financial statements.
• Manage UAE VAT and Corporate Tax registrations, filings, compliance, and advisory services.
• Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, UBO, ESR, and E-invoicing regulatory requirements.
• Handle client onboarding, consultations, engagement documentation, and overall service delivery.
• Review work completed by the accounting team to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities, including the Federal Tax Authority (FTA), regarding notices, assessments, and compliance matters.
• Support business development efforts by converting qualified leads into long-term client relationships.
• Improve operational efficiency, contribute to team development, and enhance overall client satisfaction.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of professional UAE experience in Audit, Accounting, Taxation, or Compliance operations.
• Professional designation such as CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or an equivalent credential is highly preferred.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities, communication skills, and client relationship management abilities.
• Proven ability to navigate complex client engagements while meeting critical regulatory deadlines.
• Strong, practical knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS, AML, ESR, and emerging E-invoicing frameworks.
