Job Description:

The Sales Engineer will drive business development, secure project specifications, and manage client relationships across the UAE. This role involves coordinating directly with architects, consultants, and developers to promote specialized acoustic systems, while supporting projects from initial design and costing estimations through to final on-site installation.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Conduct cold calling, client meetings, negotiations, and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Prepare accurate quotations and manage projects from enquiry through to completion.
• Learn and support acoustic and noise control system design and costing.
• Maintain excellent customer service while identifying opportunities for long-term business growth.

🔹 Requirements:

• 2–3 years of dedicated engineering sales experience in Acoustics, Construction, Interior Fit-Out, MEP, Building Materials, or a closely related industrial sector.
• B.E./B.Tech degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.
• Valid UAE Driving License is strictly mandatory.
• Proven track record of success in lead generation, technical client presentations, and structural sales negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of cold calling, relationship building, technical quotation preparation, and project coordination.
