Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee our full spectrum of finance and accounting operations in DMCC. This role is fundamental to our trading framework, requiring a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) who can ensure compliance with UAE regulations and support business decision-making for management review. You will be responsible for preparing management reports (MIS), overseeing VAT filings, and managing working capital effectively. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in Finance within the oil or commodity trading sector. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete finance and accounting functions across the trading organization in Dubai.
- Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports, management reports (MIS), budgets, and forecasts for management oversight.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding payroll compliance, audit-related requirements, and internal financial controls.
- Ensure accurate UAE VAT filings and full compliance with regional financial and regulatory frameworks.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital effectively.
🔹 Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is strictly mandatory.
- Proven professional experience within the UAE, specifically in trading companies or DMCC-based setups.
- Strong background in management of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE VAT regulations and international accounting standards.
- Experience in oil or commodity trading is considered a significant advantage for this position.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in the fast-paced DMCC trading environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are highly preferred.
