We are executing a strategic leadership appointment within our corporate executive team and are seeking a highly capable, operationally integrated Finance Manager to govern cross-functional capital flows and direct scalable commercial strategies in Dubai. Operating as an essential fiscal anchor with massive business acumen, this full-time role focuses on accelerating inventory cash velocity, modeling robust supply logistics costs, and converting raw fiscal metrics into actionable scaling intelligence under our comprehensive corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee comprehensive cash flow management and corporate liquidity mapping to ensure absolute financial stability across multi-channel operations.
- Lead advanced financial planning, deep-dive forecasting models, and detailed annual budgeting processes to guide sustainable brand expansion.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize end-to-end logistics expenditures, global inventory flow dynamics, and supply chain cost efficiency.
- Analyze cross-retail sales performance and deliver quantitative, actionable commercial insights to fuel multi-market revenue growth.
- Develop, integrate, and scale structured automated financial systems capable of supporting fast-paced international scalability operations.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, trade distribution, and product design departments to align strict financial goals with overarching business strategy.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a heavily quantitative commercial discipline; professional accounting credentials (such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA) are preferred.
- Proven, successful professional experience operating as a finance manager, commercial controller, or senior fiscal analyst strictly within a high-velocity Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
- Demonstrated professional or academic experience navigating fast-growing startup operations, showcasing great tactical adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying complex financial formulas, scenario analysis sheets, and distribution trackers inside Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership instincts and strategic communication skills to guide, influence, and streamline executive-level operational decision-making.
- Natural capacity to simplify intricate structural data into digestible qualitative strategies for diverse cross-functional teams.
