Job Description:
Fuse Holding is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its Group Head Office team in Dubai. Based on-site in Dubai, this senior financial executive will lead financial operations across operating entities, direct group consolidation and monthly closing routines, manage cash flow and budgeting functions, oversee payroll WPS compliance, and present comprehensive financial reports to executive leadership and shareholders.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly financial closing activities and prepare management accounts.
- Oversee group financial consolidation across operating companies.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Coordinate payroll processes, WPS, and supplier payments.
- Maintain internal financial controls and ensure audit readiness.
- Prepare financial reports for shareholders and senior management.
🔹 Requirements:
- Qualified or Part-Qualified professional certification in ACCA, CIMA, CA, or an equivalent accounting qualification.
- Proven multi-entity finance management experience, with strong preference given to prior UAE commercial background.
- Deep expertise in group financial consolidation, budgeting, cash flow analysis, internal auditing controls, and WPS payroll systems.
- Hospitality or Food & Beverage sector accounting exposure is advantageous; candidate must currently reside in the UAE.
- Exceptional analytical acumen, organizational governance capabilities, and financial reporting capabilities within corporate executive environments.
