Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our new hotel project. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can establish pre-opening financial systems for management and operational performance review. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and implementing rigorous cost-control measures to ensure long-term financial efficiency. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to meet management and pre-opening targets.
- Support fiscal integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in cost control systems and operational setup.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and operational teams to facilitate professional organizational reporting and financial compliance.
- Analyze financial data and property metrics to provide strategic insights for long-term financial performance.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and specialized hotel finance systems to ensure accuracy in all financial planning activities.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related professional field; certifications such as CPA or CMA are preferred.
- Proven professional experience specifically within hospitality finance and hotel pre-opening environments.
- Strong background in management of hotel-specific financial reporting, forecasting, and cost efficiency measures.
- Professional background in education or training regarding hospitality accounting standards and operational workflows.
