Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a specialized background in the signage or outdoor media industry. This role is fundamental to our corporate framework, requiring a professional who can oversee all financial operations while ensuring strict compliance with IFRS standards and UAE tax regulations. You will be responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives to ensure optimal cash flow for management review. We are looking for a multilingual leader (English/Urdu/Hindi) who thrives in a fast-paced media environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive financial reporting and ensure full regulatory compliance with IFRS and VAT obligations.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives to support high-impact sales and production projects.
- Monitor cash flow dynamics and coordinate internal and external audit processes for management visibility.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding team mentoring, payroll oversight, and finance staffing needs.
- Utilize advanced Information Technology tools and ERP systems to streamline financial data accuracy.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Direct UAE experience in the Signage or Outdoor Media industry is a mandatory requirement.
- Expertise in IFRS, VAT compliance, and cost control within a project-based engineering or production environment.
- Strong background in management of finance teams and cross-departmental coordination.
- Professional background in education or training regarding corporate governance and financial strategy.
- Fluency in English and Urdu/Hindi is essential for effective internal and external communication.
