Job Description:

The Finance Staff / Accountant will manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and oversee property-related transactions using Zoho Books. Explore further corporate opportunities on our accountant jobs portal.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping using Zoho Books.
• Manage property accounting through Zoho Property Management.
• Process accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
• Manage tenant billing, rental income, service charges, and supplier payments.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations, payroll support, and tax record maintenance.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of finance/accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Zoho Property Management.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and tax documentation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups, and formulas.
