Job Description:
The Financial Accountant will manage day-to-day transactional ledgers, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and compile accurate corporate reports. Operating within a high-performing investment environment, this professional will coordinate end-of-month and annual financial closings, evaluate tax requirements, and ensure accounting processes strictly align with statutory UAE financial rules and IFRS.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and accounting reports.
- Manage financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Analyze financial data and support reporting requirements.
- Ensure accounting records comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Support internal financial processes and improvements.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proven experience in preparing financial statements and general corporate reporting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UAE financial regulations and compliance practices.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CA is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Must be currently based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
