Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, guide, and develop an internal team of six dedicated finance and accounting professionals systematically.
• Partner directly with executive leadership to drive comprehensive financial planning, rolling forecasts, and annual budgeting activities.
• Oversee the preparation, auditing, and presentation of consolidated financial reports in absolute accordance with IFRS standards.
• Ensure rigid corporate compliance with local ADGM regulations, international reporting mandates, and company tax policies.
• Strengthen, monitor, and maintain robust internal control procedures and accounting safeguards to protect critical corporate assets.
• Manage high-level group reporting processes, delivering accurate data matrices to support strategic commercial decisions.
• Drive continuous improvements across financial operations, ERP accounting software platforms, and closing frameworks.

🔹 Requirements:

• Possession of a fully qualified ACA or ACCA professional designation is strictly mandatory.
• Demonstrated leadership experience directly managing corporate accounting or finance teams is required.
• Strong structural background in corporate auditing, preferably with foundational Big 4 accounting firm experience.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities, technical accounting acumen, and comprehensive group consolidation financial reporting skills.
• Prior experience operating inside asset-heavy industries such as Energy, Offshore Engineering, Infrastructure, or Shipping is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional presentation and communication capabilities paired with professional verbal and written command over the English language to sync with steering boards.
• Capacity to self-manage complex closing deadlines independently while protecting total corporate data privacy and fiscal ledger integrity under pressure.
• Practical background in basic education regarding capital expenditure math variables, variance diagnostics, and financial project lifecycle workflow management methodologies.
