Job Description:
We are executing an extensive structural safety recruitment drive to fill multiple technical vacancies across our Mechanical and Electrical divisions in Dubai. This full-time campaign offers stable employment paths for both senior-level field leaders and assistant technicians, focusing on installing complex safety systems, conducting system maintenance logs, and resolving operational faults under our central project management framework.
Open Positions Across Divisions:
- Mechanical Division: 10 Senior Mechanical Fire Technicians & 15 Assistant Mechanical Fire Technicians
- Electrical Division: 10 Senior Electrical Fire Technicians & 15 Assistant Electrical Fire Technicians
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Install, evaluate, and service various fire suppression systems, alarms, hydrants, and monitoring layouts across active facility zones.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix physical components, panel loops, piping, and wiring configurations for specialized electrical and mechanical protection devices.
- Support interior fit-out installations, custom layout adjustments, and continuous facility safety audit activities.
- Verify that all mechanical lines and alarm control circuits comply strictly with civil defense standards and UAE safety regulations.
- Conduct systematic preventive diagnostics, pressure tests, and panel reviews according to defined contract milestones.
- Collaborate closely with internal project management units and external field engineers to ensure on-time system testing and validation.
- Maintain highly accurate physical service logs, field maintenance files, and official technical status records.
🔹 Requirements:
- A formal Technical Diploma, Vocational Certificate, or related Engineering credential in Mechanical or Electrical engineering is preferred.
- Proven, hands-on field experience working directly in the installation, diagnostic troubleshooting, and maintenance of fire protection networks is mandatory.
- Prior technical field experience navigating civil defense codes and MEP frameworks inside the United Arab Emirates market is a major advantage.
- Deep knowledge of commercial piping, pump controls, sprinkler fittings, fire panels, and low-voltage electrical circuit diagnostic techniques.
- Strong technical capacity to read engineering drawings, understand hydraulic layouts, and independently follow safety blueprints.
- Excellent team-oriented coordination skills, structural problem-solving instincts, and the physical stamina required for field operations.
- Candidates with immediate regional availability for testing and contract signing will be prioritized during the shortlisting phase.
- Possession of a valid United Arab Emirates Driving License is considered an excellent asset to facilitate site transit.
