Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee vehicle allocation, scheduling, and route planning to ensure maximum fleet productivity.
- Compliance & RTA Standards: Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and maintain full compliance with UAE RTA regulations.
- Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairs with approved garages to minimize downtime.
- Documentation Oversight: Manage all vehicle-related documents, including Mulkiya renewals, insurance, and operational permits.
- Driver Supervision: Monitor driver performance, attendance, and adherence to company policies and UAE traffic laws.
- Cost Control: Track fuel consumption and implement efficiency measures to reduce operational costs.
- Safety & HSE: Conduct safety briefings for drivers and handle all vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and insurance claims.
🔹 Requirements:
- Knowledge: Practical understanding of fleet management systems and UAE RTA/Traffic regulations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Skills: Strong organizational, coordination, and record-keeping abilities.
- Driver Management: Ability to manage a large team of drivers, ensuring discipline and safety compliance.
- Communication: Effective communication skills to liaise between drivers, maintenance teams, and logistics departments.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is an advantage.
