🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, highly personalized in-flight culinary and hospitality services to VIP and private aviation passengers.
• Maintain immaculate standards of cabin cleanliness, physical aesthetic presentation, and immediate flight-readiness states.
• Ensure passenger comfort, physiological well-being, and absolute safety throughout all operational phases of flight.
• Uphold the highest tiers of professional etiquette, absolute confidentiality, and discretion during all high-profile guest interactions.
• Coordinate cabin galley operations efficiently, monitoring premium provisions and responding to passenger needs promptly.
• Enforce rigid compliance with corporate operational mandates, civil aviation safety codes, and emergency evacuation protocols.
• Manage custom catering orders, auditing presentation aesthetics and temperature controls across international boundaries.

🔹 Requirements:

• Cabin Crew Certification or a matching professional qualification from an accredited international aviation training facility is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of verified, high-performance professional history operating a cabin desk, running commercial business tracks, or managing high-end passenger service portfolios inside the regional or international aviation marketplace.
• Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical capability deploying flight manifests, managing digital inventory interfaces, and tracking flight safety log entries inside MS Excel.
• Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
  • VIP service standards, fine dining table settings, luxury menu interpretations, and premium beverage pairings.
  • Cabin presentation mechanics, structural aesthetics checking, premium layout protocols, and corporate asset custody.
  • Passenger safety procedures, emergency equipment operations, decompression routines, and first aid responses.
  • Professional etiquette benchmarks, corporate confidentiality laws, custom border regulations, and passenger logistics.
