Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Foundation Teacher to join our vibrant early years learning community in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver creative lessons for management and academic review. You will be responsible for nurturing young learners, assessing individual development, and collaborating with parents and school leadership. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons to meet management and EYFS curriculum targets.
- Support early development in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in student progress monitoring, behavioral assessments, and developmental records.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, parents, and school leadership to maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning atmosphere.
- Foster the social and emotional growth of young learners while contributing to a collaborative and nurturing teaching community.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and classroom management strategies to optimize student engagement and professional academic reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education plus a relevant professional Certificate (CACHE Level 3 or equivalent preferred).
- Previous professional experience specifically within EYFS teaching (Fresh graduates with CACHE L3 are encouraged to apply).
- Strong background in management of early childhood development, creative lesson planning, and inclusive classroom environments.
- Professional background in education or training regarding classroom management and early years child development.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong communication skills, and a passion for nurturing young minds.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard private school in Dubai.
