🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Translate complex legal records, international corporate contracts, regulatory compliance certificates, and formal correspondence with total linguistic accuracy (Legal Role).
• Support internal corporate legal councils and compliance squads with high-precision multilingual documentation, courtroom drafts, and statutory records.
• Translate, rewrite, and creatively localize consumer-facing marketing content, digital ad campaigns, brand pitches, and social media media profiles (Marketing Role).
• Ensure complete cultural relevance, brand message integrity, and stylistic tone consistency across all localized text channels.
• Collaborate closely with internal marketing directors and regulatory legal advisors to ensure total textual accuracy and alignment.
• Maintain rigid information privacy metrics, secure data archiving standards, and exceptional quality benchmarks across all assignments.
• Update localized term glossaries and corporate translation memory files to ensure continuous brand voice consistency.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree in Translation, French/English Linguistics, Philology, or a matching fully accredited language discipline.
• Mandatory Experience: Verified professional operational history leading a specialized translation desk, managing localization pipelines, or providing corporate linguistic support in the UAE marketplace or international sectors (explicit legal translation history required for the Legal track).
• Advanced interactive data literacy with extensive practical proficiency deploying Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools, localization databases, and complex tracking sheets inside MS Excel.
• Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
  • Legal terminology, contractual drafting structures, statutory document frameworks, and judicial translation mechanics.
  • Marketing copywriting principles, target-audience localization strategies, creative writing nuance, and global branding standards.
  • Cross-cultural language adaptation methodologies, semantic variance tracking, and syntactic validation rules.
