Job Description:

We are seeking a polished, professional, and customer-focused Front-of-House Associate to join our professional corporate operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a relationship professional who can deliver reception environment precision for management and visitor tracking performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing corporate visitor welcoming structures, organizing alignment rosters for corporate guest flows, updating daily appointment books, managing lounge hospitality baselines, and executing precise front-desk support pathways. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Corporate Guest Reception, Premium Hospitality Standards, and Multilateral Team Liaison and a proactive approach to corporate image tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage comprehensive day-to-day lobby setups, investor arrival streams, and general registration files to meet management and corporate service standards.
  • Support structural integrity in Dubai, reviewing visitor entry matrices, tracking meeting lounge preparedness, and updating office correspondence paths with 100% precision.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department, executive administrative teams, and property sales groups to facilitate professional organizational coordination of client meetings.
  • Provide detailed informational direction to arriving visitors, distribute initial inquiries across relevant business units, and execute strict front-desk administrative audits.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology applications and basic office suites to log corporate appointments, archive security passes, and distribute communication updates across real estate divisions.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Diploma, Degree, or Professional Certificate in Hospitality, Business Administration, Customer Service, or an aligned commercial discipline is preferred.
  • Strong background in management of front-office environments, corporate reception queues, and multitasking client demands.
  • Professional background in education regarding premium guest relation manners, business telephone ethics, basic computing applications, and professional communication standards; previous luxury hospitality background is preferred.
  • Excellent multi-departmental coordination, interpersonal skills, and highly polished, professional physical presentation.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, coordinate multiple simultaneous administrative tasks under fast-paced timelines, and thrive in an elite Dubai real estate corporate hub.
