🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform project-wise job costing and profitability analysis.
• Monitor project budgets by comparing actual costs with forecasts.
• Track project man-hours, staff costs, subcontractor expenses, and direct project costs.
• Monitor project revenue, billing milestones, work-in-progress (WIP), and unbilled revenue.
• Maintain accurate project accounting records using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Excel.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience in engineering or project consultancy.
• Hands-on proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with practical job costing analysis experience.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
