Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager to lead our EPC operations and drive regional business growth from Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our industrial framework, requiring a dynamic professional who can oversee full P&L, manage large-scale projects, and expand into emerging energy sectors for management review. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with ADNOC and other GCC National Oil Companies while driving organizational transformation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of P&L to ensure sustainable growth and profitability in Abu Dhabi and the wider GCC.
- Lead high-value business development initiatives and secure strategic EPC projects to meet management objectives.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and technical departments to strengthen organizational capabilities and lead transformation initiatives.
- Oversee the execution of complex, large-scale energy projects ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools for project tracking, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; a Master’s degree in Business or Engineering is highly preferred.
- Minimum 20+ years of professional experience within the Oil & Gas EPC sector, with significant time spent in the UAE.
- Strong background in management of multi-million dollar EPC projects and regional expansion strategies.
- Professional background in education or training regarding ADNOC standards and GCC regulatory compliance.
- Established network with ADNOC, GCC National Oil Companies, and major industry stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills with the ability to navigate a fast-paced energy market.
