Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager for our Scaffolding division to oversee and lead comprehensive operations across multiple sites. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage large-scale projects for management and executive performance review. You will be responsible for project planning, ensuring regulatory safety compliance, and guiding multi-disciplinary teams toward successful delivery. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall scaffolding operations across multiple civil projects to meet management and delivery targets.
- Support structural integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% adherence to safety standards, timelines, and project budgets.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient team coordination and productivity.
- Supervise project planning and execution strategies to facilitate professional organizational reporting and project excellence.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and project management systems to optimize operational workflows and professional data management.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- 18+ years of professional experience specifically within civil construction and scaffolding operations (UAE/GCC mandatory).
- Strong background in management of large-scale teams, safety regulations, and complex project execution.
- Professional background in education or training regarding civil engineering standards, scaffolding safety, and executive leadership.
- Ability to demonstrate executive excellence, possess strong stakeholder management skills, and exhibit high levels of communication.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to lead a high-standard scaffolding firm in Dubai.
