Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused General Practitioner (GP) to join our expanding medical team in Sharjah. This role is fundamental to our clinical framework, requiring a dedicated medical professional who can deliver comprehensive primary care, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and manage patient consultations for management review. You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of patient safety, maintaining accurate medical records, and referring patients to specialists when necessary. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all ages within our Sharjah facility.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions to meet management clinical standards.
• Liaise with the Human Resources and clinical administration departments regarding healthcare standards, patient education, and medical training.
• Conduct patient consultations and prescribe appropriate treatments while ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and EMR systems to maintain updated patient medical records.

🔹 Requirements:

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license or eligibility to practice as a GP within the UAE (MOH/DHA/DOH).
• Strong background in management of acute and chronic medical conditions and patient-centered care.
• Professional background in education or training regarding clinical decision-making and preventive medicine.
• Previous professional experience practicing in Sharjah is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare team.
