Job Description:
We are executing a strategic administrative appointment within our corporate services division and are seeking an experienced, proactive Government Relations Officer (PRO) to govern ministry liaison pipelines and direct licensing compliance pathways in Dubai. Built for resourceful corporate services specialists who possess a deep operational command of local authority workflows, this full-time role focuses on accelerating visa issuance cycle speeds, auditing regulatory permit logs, and maximizing administrative precision across the enterprise under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain active, professional liaison networks with UAE government departments and legal regulatory authorities.
- Liaise systematically with GDRFA, MOHRE, Tasheel, Amer, municipal economic departments, and designated free zone authorities.
- Manage end-to-end employment visa applications, residency quota allocations, annual renewals, labor contract transfers, and official cancellations.
- Handle complex government-related documentation, document legalizations, and ensure timely processing of corporate submittals.
- Process company trade licenses, commercial permits, municipal approvals, and corporate regulatory submissions with high fidelity.
- Monitor continuous corporate compliance parameters with UAE labor, immigration, and commercial establishment laws.
- Maintain organized, high-fidelity digital records of corporate employee documentation, passport logs, and transactional records.
- Support the executive administration in resolving government-related legal blocks or compliance queries efficiently.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, professional Diploma, or equivalent business administration qualification is preferred.
- Proven, successful professional experience operating as a lead Public Relations Officer (PRO) or Government Relations Executive within the UAE corporate sector.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency utilizing online ministerial portals, smart government tracking registries, and document matrices inside Microsoft Excel.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following regulatory sectors:
- UAE immigration regulations, labor laws, and official MOHRE decree structures.
- Employment visa processing workflows, medical fitness tracking, and emirates ID typing routines.
- Commercial trade license modifications, corporate establishment card renewals, and municipal permit protocols.
- Government authority portal systems and proactive institutional relationship management.
- Outstanding interpersonal traits, excellent organizational habits, high multitasking capacity under strict deadlines, and absolute dedication to confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills paired with sharp, data-driven problem-solving habits.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual conversational and written fluency in both Arabic and English is highly preferred to facilitate communication across official legal channels.
- A valid United Arab Emirates Driving License is considered a major operational advantage for immediate field mobilization.
