Job Description:

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to produce high-quality property brochures, digital ads, and social media media content. The role coordinates directly with marketing and sales divisions to manage brand consistency under group corporate management practices.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Design professional brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and property advertisements.
• Develop creative marketing materials for both digital and print campaigns.
• Create engaging social media graphics, promotional visuals, and branding content.
• Edit, retouch, and enhance property images and promotional materials.
• Ensure absolute consistency in branding across all company marketing channels.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience working as a Graphic Designer.
• Previous experience inside the real estate industry is mandatory.
• Fluency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related digital Information Technology systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or related certificate from an accredited design education program.
