Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our expanding creative division. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can develop visual assets for management and marketing performance review. You will be responsible for designing high-quality branding assets, including brochures, social media content, and outdoor campaign visuals. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Luxury Real Estate Branding and Visual Communication and a proactive approach to multi-platform design tasks and brand consistency. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually appealing marketing materials to meet management and branding targets across digital and print.
• Support design integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% brand consistency in brochures, outdoor campaigns, and high-impact visual assets.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department, marketing, and sales teams to align creative outputs with institutional identity and campaign goals.
• Manage multiple design tasks effectively while maintaining premium-quality standards and meeting tight project deadlines.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Adobe Creative Suite to optimize visual storytelling and professional organizational reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or Visual Arts plus a strong Professional Portfolio.
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience specifically within graphic design (real estate developer experience highly preferred).
• Strong background in management of luxury branding, creative layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Professional background in education or training regarding Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and modern design trends.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and exhibit high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard developer in Dubai.
