Job Description:

The Graphic Designer – Food Packaging will conceptualize innovative food packaging layouts, design product labels and dielines, develop prepress print-ready artwork, ensure regulatory compliance on labeling, and collaborate with product management teams to boost retail shelf presence. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative, market-ready food packaging concepts, product label graphics, and visual layouts for new F&B launches.
• Prepare technical dielines, prepress print files, color separation specs, and packaging production files.
• Maintain strict visual identity standards, typography guidelines, and brand alignment across all consumer product lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional marketing, product development, and brand teams to deliver impactful visual solutions.
• Apply principles of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and structural design to maximize retail shelf impact.
• Ensure all packaging graphics comply with regional food labeling guidelines and consumer standards.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline.
• 4 to 6 years of professional graphic design experience, with a heavy specialization in food and beverage packaging design.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and digital mockup tools.
• In-depth knowledge of prepress artwork preparation, dielines, packaging adaptations, printing processes, and color management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful food packaging, label design, and retail branding projects.
• Excellent communication skills, creative problem-solving ability, and eye for detail in retail brand aesthetics.
