Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer + UI Designer to join our Dubai-based team. This role is fundamental to our digital framework, requiring a professional who can blend aesthetic graphic expertise with user-friendly interface design. You will be responsible for developing digital graphics, marketing visuals, and UI layouts for web and mobile platforms for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop visually appealing graphics for digital platforms and branding projects in Dubai.
- Design clean, user-friendly interface layouts using modern tools like Figma for management oversight.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding professional workshops, AI tool integration, and internal design standards.
- Ensure all designs maintain consistency in branding and usability standards across all projects.
- Utilize digital Information Technology workflows to manage multiple design tasks efficiently within tight deadlines.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for professional graphic work.
- Proven expertise in Figma for creating high-fidelity user interface designs and prototypes.
- Familiarity with modern AI-powered design tools and automated creative workflows.
- Professional background in education or training regarding layout composition and visual aesthetics.
- Only candidates currently based in Dubai will be considered; remote applications are not accepted.
