Job Description:
The Group Costing Manager will lead product costing structures, direct plant financial controls, and optimize manufacturing budgets across production facilities in Sharjah. Stationed at our manufacturing hub, this senior finance professional will manage product BOMs and routing setups, perform variance analyses, lead inventory accounting, and leverage ERP systems to deliver strategic cost-saving insights to executive leadership.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product costing activities and ensure accurate cost calculations across manufacturing operations.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and profitability performance.
- Develop and maintain standard costing models, BOMs, and routing structures.
- Monitor inventory accounting and manufacturing finance processes.
- Provide financial insights to support cost optimization and business strategies.
- Prepare profitability analysis and support management decision-making.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve operational and financial efficiency.
🔹 Requirements:
- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and budgeting.
- Strong factory-based financial background within Food Packaging, FMCG, Plastics, Paper, or Flexible Packaging industries.
- Hands-on operational experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience using Power BI dashboards is a strong advantage.
- In-depth expertise in standard costing, Bill of Materials (BOMs), routing structures, and variance reporting.
- Proven track record in inventory valuation, product margin analysis, and financial planning.
