Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Group Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can manage all government-related processes, immigration services, and labor affairs with high efficiency. You will be responsible for visa processing, trade license renewals, and representing the organization within the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) for management review. We are looking for a native Arabic speaker with a valid UAE driving license who thrives in a structured corporate environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end immigration and visa processes, including renewals, cancellations, and status amendments.
- Coordinate Emirates ID processing, medical appointments, and entry permits for all group employees.
- Manage trade license applications and regulatory approvals to ensure full legal compliance in Abu Dhabi.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding labor contracts, NOCs, and employee credential attestation.
- Represent the organization in legal matters through the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) systems and portals.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a PRO specifically within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and hands-on experience with ADJD and government portals.
- Native Arabic speaker is required for this role, with excellent English communication skills.
- Strong background in management of government relations and high-level confidential documentation.
- Professional background in education or training regarding immigration updates and regulatory compliance.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory for frequent travel to government entities.
