Job Description:

Ramada Downtown Abu Dhabi is seeking an enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join its front office team in Abu Dhabi. Based in Abu Dhabi, this guest relations professional will welcome arriving visitors, assist with service requests, address guest inquiries and concerns, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal hotel departments to deliver high standards of customer service.

• Welcome guests and provide professional assistance throughout their stay.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and friendly manner.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high hospitality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations.
• Maintain accurate guest information and follow hotel procedures.

• Must currently reside in and be physically available in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Immediate availability to join is required.
• Strong knowledge of guest relations, front office operations, and hotel customer service protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining guest satisfaction standards.
