Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver efficient front-line service for management and guest satisfaction review. You will be responsible for handling check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries while ensuring a warm welcome for every guest. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Customer Service Excellence and Front Desk Operations and a proactive approach to meeting guest needs. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level customer service to meet management and guest experience targets.
  • Support service integrity in Sharjah, ensuring 100% precision in check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and hotel teams to maintain a positive and professional front desk environment.
  • Coordinate guest requests and needs promptly to facilitate professional organizational reporting and guest satisfaction.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and property management systems to ensure smooth daily front desk operations.

🔹 Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; Hospitality training is a professional advantage.
  • Proven professional ability within a hospitality or customer-focused environment.
  • Strong background in management of guest interactions, front desk protocols, and conflict resolution.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding interpersonal communication and guest-oriented service.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess a well-groomed appearance, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills with the capability to support a high-standard hotel team in Sharjah.
