Job Description:
We are executing a strategic clinical appointment within our women’s health division and are seeking a dedicated, experienced Gynecologist to govern specialized clinical procedures and direct patient-centered treatment plans in Abu Dhabi. Operating as an essential medical anchor within a high-caliber collaborative clinical ecosystem, this full-time role focuses on accelerating evidence-based diagnostic reviews, auditing patient clinical records, and implementing innovative medical solutions under our comprehensive clinic management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, evaluate, and treat a diverse variety of acute and chronic gynecological conditions with absolute clinical accuracy and care.
- Conduct routine preventive examinations, specialized screenings, and comprehensive assessments for women’s health.
- Provide elite, high-fidelity prenatal and postnatal care, guiding patients systematically throughout their reproductive wellness journeys.
- Perform relevant minor medical procedures, ultrasound examinations, and diagnostic interventions as required within the specialty.
- Collaborate closely with an advanced multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, sonographers, and specialists, to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Ensure accurate, highly secure electronic medical documentation and uphold absolute adherence to Department of Health (DOH) regulations and healthcare standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD), Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), or equivalent accredited medical degree combined with recognized higher specialization qualifications in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- An active, valid Department of Health (DOH Abu Dhabi) Specialist License or immediate Eligibility Letter is strictly mandatory for clinical compliance.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful, verified post-qualification professional experience operating as a practicing gynecologist within an active clinical environment.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying clinical formulas, patient monitoring logs, and analytical medical tracking data inside Microsoft Excel.
- Profound knowledge of modern women’s health procedures, diagnostic medical protocols, and evidence-based clinical treatments.
- Exceptional patient management capabilities, high emotional intelligence, and excellent communication skills to interact effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
