Job Description:

We are executing multiple strategic professional appointments within our core instructional and safety divisions and are seeking passionate, dedicated Head Coaches, Swim Coaches, and Lifeguards to govern pool deck training pipelines and direct aquatic education pathways in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, high-quality swimming coaching loops for both individual private patrons and diverse group classes across varying age levels.
• Supervise aquatic facilities continuously, checking chemical lines where needed and ensuring absolute compliance with safety standards across all water environments.
• Develop structured, progressive athletic training programs aimed at systematically accelerating swimming techniques, breathing habits, and physical endurance.
• Monitor, evaluate, and document individual swimmer progress metrics, providing constructive milestone feedback data to participants or parents.
• Maintain a safe, highly disciplined, and encouraging learning environment, minimizing operational risks on the pool deck.
• Support the academy’s commercial brand presence by delivering outstanding customer experience and elite customer service standards.
• Follow established lifeguarding protocols, first-aid response procedures, and emergency mobilization tracking routines precisely without exception.
• Reconcile daily class attendance sheets, tracking training logs, lane allocation configurations, and equipment maintenance tables to update records systematically.

🔹 Requirements:

• Valid professional Certification in Swimming Instruction (ASA, ASCA, or equivalent) or recognized Lifeguarding credentials (ILS, Royal Lifesaving, or matching safety certification) strictly preferred, cultivating a deep theoretical grasp of biomechanics, water rescue mechanics, and physical education frameworks.
• Proven practical history operating on a pool deck, driving athletic training tracks, or managing facility safety lines as a Swim Coach or Lifeguard within an established academy or fitness center. Candidates must demonstrate an advanced capability to handle group dynamics across children and adults, with immediate readiness for full-time workspace deployment in Dubai.
• Advanced technical workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities tracking student performance metrics, organizing lane allocation logs, and cataloging safety equipment maintenance tables inside Microsoft Excel databases.
• Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
  • Swimming techniques, specialized stroke modification rules, progressive coaching methods, and aquatic training programs.
