Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Nurse – ICU to lead and manage our intensive care unit operations. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a nursing professional who can supervise critical care teams and implement clinical best practices for management and patient outcome review. You will be responsible for overseeing daily ICU workflow, managing staffing schedules, and ensuring strict adherence to healthcare safety regulations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise ICU nursing staff to meet management and advanced clinical performance standards.
- Support clinical integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in patient safety protocols and critical care documentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and multidisciplinary medical teams to facilitate professional organizational reporting, performance evaluations, and team development.
- Oversee the utilization and maintenance of ICU medical equipment and specialized resources to ensure operational readiness.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and healthcare monitoring systems to identify quality enhancement initiatives and implement best practices.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent professional medical qualification.
- Proven professional experience specifically working in ICU settings with strong clinical knowledge.
- Strong background in management of nursing teams, staffing schedules, and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Professional background in education or training regarding advanced life support and critical care nursing certifications.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess excellent decision-making skills, and work under high-pressure clinical situations in Dubai.
