Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer E&I to join our site-based project team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee E&I installations and implement QA/QC procedures for management and technical performance review. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards, conducting site audits, and managing inspection records for large-scale EPC projects. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering and Quality Assurance Protocols and a proactive approach to resolving non-conformance issues. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee QA/QC procedures for site E&I works to meet management and client quality standards.
- Support engineering integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% precision in material inspections, installations, and system verifications.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and project teams to facilitate professional organizational reporting and team coordination.
- Review and manage complex QA/QC documentation, including inspection records, audit reports, and E&I compliance certificates.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and engineering software to monitor project progress and ensure timely resolution of non-conformance issues.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering (regular course).
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience specifically within Oil & Gas and EPC companies.
- Strong background in management of QA/QC systems, site audits, and E&I inspection protocols.
- Professional background in education regarding ISO 9001:2015 and COMPEX certification (Mandatory).
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess strong coordination skills, and manage high-pressure site environments in Abu Dhabi.
- Prior experience with ADNOC projects and EPCM environments is highly preferred.
