A senior executive leadership vacancy is available for a dynamic Head of Information Technology to govern entire technological operations and digital transformation frameworks. Stationed in Dubai, UAE, this high-profile position takes full accountability for multi-entity server architectures, core ERP network continuity, complex asset procurement, and group-wide cybersecurity protocols to protect corporate business intelligence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall IT operations across all business entities and subsidiaries within the group.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all enterprise platforms, software configurations, network applications, and physical infrastructure.
- Oversee multi-company ERP systems, corporate database servers, cloud environments, and structural network routing.
- Manage high-value IT assets including hardware provisioning, software licenses, procurement lifecycles, and technical vendor coordination.
- Provide strategic technical leadership, complex troubleshooting support, and high-level problem-solving guidance across divisions.
- Ensure enterprise-grade cybersecurity protocols, data protection systems, disaster recovery backup solutions, and strict IT compliance standards.
- Monitor live system performance indicators and execute systemic upgrades, architecture enhancements, and modernization initiatives.
- Manage IT team structure, including engineering manpower planning, technical supervision, and rigorous performance evaluations.
